- Parent Service Credits -
In an effort to get more parents involved in helping out, your board has decided to try something new.
For things like car washes and similar fundraisers, the parent that steps up to chaperone will get a
share of the money earned that day, for their students account. The $50 chair credit will be given to
parents agreeing to organize and chair an event and/or subcommittees.
UD is a fantastic opportunity - but we need more help to continue to do this. This can be an opportunity to
make huge amounts for your student - but if we don't get some people to step up to organize this next year
it isn't going to happen! Being a TIPS trained Stand Captain will allow you to earn even more, and organizing
UD will earn the $50 chair credit. And this doesn't have to be done by just one person - the more people that
are willing to help, the less there is for any of them to do!

Below are the
PSCO UD Events dates for November through April. The report times are
2 hours before game time but that is flexible depending on availability.
Please contact Rhonda Evans
to let her know which duties you would prefer (runner or register).
Additional information on responsibilities at UD will be sent to you
after your reply. Contact Rhonda with any questions you may have.
A photo ID will be REQUIRED to gain access to the arena. Check-in on the northwest side of the arena through a door marked "Employee Entrance". All who enter may be subjected to a search. Park your car in the north end of parking lot "D".
Uniforms: You should wear comfortable, rubber soled, closed-toe shoes, such as tennis shoes and socks, sandals are not allowed. Jewelry should be kept at a minimum and make-up should be worn in good taste. Blue jeans and shorts are not permitted, khaki's or dark blue or black pants are best. Team logo caps and shirts (other than University of Dayton) are NOT permitted. Aprons and badges will be available for all stand workers.
Personal items such as jackets, purses or other clothing cannot be brought into the stand. They must be checked in the Security Office by the employee entrance.
New this year: UD has hired a dedicated "condiment crew" to stock and straighten all condiment areas. We also heard that there may be credit card terminals in most of the stands. This should help sales.
Report Times:
Games that start at 7:00 pm - Stand captain and half of the crew report by 4:30, rest of crew report by 5:30pm
Games that start at 2:00 pm -Stand captain and half of the crew report by 11:30am, rest of crew by 12:30pm
All fundraisers who work in the stands must be at least 17 years of age, with HALF of them being adults.
Cancellations: Most events are NOT canceled due to inclement weather, therefore, gate opening and report times should always be followed unless you get a call from the stand captain.
